Education programs are available for community members and professionals on topics related to geriatric mental health, planning for long term care needs and family care giving. Geriatric Connections is committed to respecting the elders’ wishes and desires as a central part in making long term care decisions. Our goal is to help them achieve this as they go through life changes. One of our most important roles is that of being an advocate and a support for our client.
